As part of the WAMCF Interfaith team, I helped to organise and facilitate 16 Interfaith Dialogues. They were held in local Gurdwaras, Mosques, Synagogues, Churches, Buddhist Centres and Community Halls. Around 80-90 people attended each event which was focused around big life questions:
- What is the purpose of life?
- What is Happiness?
- Why do humans suffer?
- What happens when a person dies?
- What makes life meaningful?

‘Dialogue is not some simplistic assertion of one’s own position, nor is it necessarily about persuading others to one’s point of view. Dialogue is about demonstrating respect for another’s life and being determined to learn when confronted with differences in personality and perspective.’ Daisaku Ikeda
